The reason why I need your assistance is based on my father’s instruction, which he stated that before the bank release the money I must present a foreign trustee who will help me to invest the fund wisely, so the bank will not release the fund to me without the help of a foreign trustee as my father instruction.

Honestly this fund was deposited by my late father and I have confirmed from the bank manager that the fund is still unclaimed.
